INSPIRATION. MOTIVATION. DETERMINATION.


Lacking Motivation in life?


Those times when you just dont feel that spark to put effort into accomplishing all of your goals. I have some tips on what to do to get yourself pumped!


1. Really Visualize the Outcome that you desire- focus hard on how you will be benefited by putting in the hard work. Attach emotions to this visualization. You have to want it. 

2. Write it down- Every single day, wake up knowing what you want to do to get one step closer to your goal. Each day is a baby step to get to your ultimate destination. You need to realize that you can't get this day back. Live in the moment and don't stray into something that will deman your progress. Do not be mediocre.

3. Stay organized and do not procrastinate!!- this is something that I struggle regularly with. I tend to get a little nonchalant with schoolwork (hence the delay in my blogs...oops) But I HAVE GOALS TO CHANGE THIS BEHAVIOR. GET STUFF DONE. SIMPLE AS THAT.





At the end of the day, no single person can ignite that fire and passion in you, besides you. We have one life. GET THE MOST OUT OF IT!!!!!

JOEY GLOOR IS A GOD!!!!!!!!


Josef Gloor is a fitness trainer, teacher and life coach. He has, and continues to be my biggest inspiration. His career took off when he landed a job on MTV's I Used To Be Fat. Joey has been my driving force for quite some time now. His work ethic, high energy level, personality, and lets face it, AWESOME body are just certainly things he projects to the world that I am working towards achieving, therefore he is somewhat of a mirror to me. He has not only impacted me but, others hes trained with personally.  





THESE ARE SOME INSANE RESULTS THAT JOEY YIELDED FOR JOSH. 310 POUNDS BEFORE, 190 AFTER.



My ultimate favorite quote from Joey Gloor:

*Whenever I am struglgling, I just read this quote, really soak in the words and message. Joes is just plain awesome, and if you don't know who he is, you're pretty much not living. REALLY!



Dealing With Failure!

We all deal with failure on  a regular basis. It happens. And it is soooo easy to just completely dwell on mistakes that you've made. What everyone needs to realize is that failure is an absolute essential part of life. It really teaches you how to implicate new methods that work, and it is a great learning experience.

HELLO.

So....in a "nut" shell, I've become quite a fitness and nutrition freak over the course of this year! I am attempting to advocate a positive lifestyle all around, and being healthy in all aspects of life is important to me. I've lost roughly 30 pounds since April of 2012, and I am continuing to lose even more, yet also become the best athlete I can be!!!!!!! :D

There is basically no other way of saying this; I am obsessed with all things fitness and nutrition related. I'm about 90.3455677866 percent sure that I want to pursue something in this field as a career!

Intense amounts of training and fueling my body correctly have been such transformational feats for me. You may not have control of certain situations in life. This may not seem fair, but YOU have the power to alter your physique and make it the best it can possibly be.


 This may seem kinda morbid...but my last words when I am withering away on my death bed would be to treat your body with care and concern. Do not load it with garbage that will inhibit you from performing at optimum levels in your life!  





Now....I'm not saying that you cant just enjoy something and indulge, but for the most part, be conscious of the ingridients! NO PROCESSED GARBAGE! For example, I have my most ABSOLUTE FAVORITE treat every day; ORGANIC dark chocolate. YUMMMMM.






MAKE GOOD FOOD CHOICES!
